We are a real estate agency that offers you the valuation and sale of residential and commercial property.
As part of our business, we register and use information about you (personal data). We do this to offer you the best service, to fulfil our agreements with you and to comply with various legal requirements. We take all appropriate measures to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
This Privacy Statement defines how we protect your personal data and your statutory rights.
Why do we use your personal data?
We register and use personal data when:

What personal data do we collect and use?
We register and use different types of personal data depending on what tasks we need to perform for you or what services you are interested in, including

Sensitive data
We only register sensitive data to the extent necessary to be able to advise you on a service or to provide you with the best possible service. Sensitive personal data we register includes, among other things, information about your health, such as whether you are a wheelchair user, for the purpose of your housing needs.
We may also register other personal data if it is necessary to provide certain services to you or if we are required to do so by law, that this is in accordance with GDPR Art. 9.

We store your data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which your data has been registered and used. In order to fulfil our real estate agent and advisor responsibilities, we store closed cases for 10 years (in some cases 30 years). The time limits are set according to the Spanish statute of limitations.
Regardless of any other deletion of your data, we always store the addresses of the properties we have and have had on commission. This is solely for statistical purposes.
Personal data of third parties
We register and use information from third parties, including from:
– The Public Information Server (OIS), the e-Net and other publicly available sources and registers. We register and use e.g. We register and use the information to prepare and check the material required by law in a property transaction.
– Creditors, banks and mortgagees about outstanding encumbrances and relevant finances. Third parties with whom we share your personal data
In some cases, we share your personal data with certain third parties:
– If you have asked us to order a photographer, floor plan, condition report, etc. we will disclose the information about you and your property that is necessary to contact you and fulfil the agreement
– We disclose information about you for the processing of the sales presentation and the transaction in its entirety to the e-network, to the extent that we have your consent to do so
– We disclose information about you, including your civil registration number, to utility companies to the extent required and to the extent that we have your consent

– If you have given your consent, we pass on your email address to Boligsiden for use in Boligsiden’s survey of your satisfaction with the property agent
– We disclose information about you to public authorities where we are required to do so under applicable law, including the Danish Money Laundering Act
– We may disclose your information internally within the group and to external business partners (including to advisors and banks) if we have your consent or we have a statutory right to do so.
– In connection with IT development, hosting and support, we transfer personal data to data processors. We ensure that your rights are protected.
Your rights
Access to your personal data
You can gain insight into the personal data we have registered and use, including where it comes from and what we use it for. You can find out how long we store your information and who receives information about you to the extent that we disclose personal data in Denmark and abroad.
Objection to direct marketing
You have the right to object to our use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling related to such purpose.
Correction or deletion of data
If our data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you are entitled to have the data rectified or erased, subject to restrictions under applicable law or rights to process data. These rights are referred to as the “right to rectification”, “right to erasure” and “right to be forgotten”.
If you have entered into an agency agreement, counselling agreement or rectification agreement with us, you have also signed the document “The estate agent’s personal data processing”, which provides you with a comprehensive overview of the processing of your personal data based on your customer relationship with us. The same applies if you as a buyer have signed an offer to purchase or a purchase agreement.
Restricted use
If you believe that the information we have registered about you is incorrect or if you have objected to our use of the information, you can demand that we restrict the use of the information for storage. The use will only be restricted until the accuracy of the data can be confirmed or until it can be verified whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests.
If you are entitled to request us to delete the data we have registered about you, you can instead request us to restrict the use of this data for storage. If we only need to use the information we have registered about you to assess a legal claim, you may also require that other uses of the information are restricted to storage.
